Spacious 4200 sq. ft. pet friendly cabin close to Smoky Mnts and tourist areas of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Lakeside with a dock at bottom of hill behind Cabin. Full game room with shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, dart board, large flat screen TV, karaoke, board games, separate arcade area, air hockey, skeeball, and TV/movie streaming services. Firepit, sauna, and hot tub included. Work desk and WiFi available. Extras for no additional charge include a paddleboards, kayaks, and J-1772 electric vehicle charger. Rental lease and refundable deposit required for reservations.​

Cabin includes a full kitchen, coffee and wine bar, large dining room, game room, three 'living rooms', and extra amenities.

Cabin has five bedrooms (one non-conforming), and four bathrooms. There are three king beds, two queen beds, four twin beds, one queen sofa bed, one queen air mattress, one king mattress, and three full size couches. Prices reflect 16 guests. Extra guests after 16 may be added to reservation for an additional charge.

Please note that we can only guarantee full water level in our portion of the lake between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Douglas Lake is a reservoir meant to hold snow and water runoff from the mountains and is drained down every fall to accommodate incoming water runoff in the Spring. The water level starts rising in April and our dock is typically floating by early May.
